Project Background
Beijing Anding Hospital, affiliated with Capital Medical University, is a specialist hospital in Beijing, China. Established in 1908, it provides clinical care, teaching, research and preventive services.
During the COVID-19 response, the hospital introduced speed gates to support entrance screening and pedestrian access management.

Products Applied
The project used flagship Cheetah series speed gates with integrated verification equipment.
The screening configuration combined ID card reading, Beijing health code verification and temperature measurement, bringing the required entrance checks together at one checkpoint.
Installation Locations
The speed gates served the main hospital entrance and additional access points. At the outpatient lobby entrance, a three-lane screening arrangement supported patient entry.
Patients presented an ID card or health code at the scanning area and positioned their face toward the temperature measurement terminal to complete the screening process.
Application Value
This hospital speed gate installation combined pedestrian passage control with entrance verification. It provided a coordinated screening workflow during the pandemic and illustrates how speed gates can be integrated with hospital-specific verification requirements.
