VX.XS01 supports a recommended wide-lane configuration up to approximately 1150 mm. This makes it suitable as an accessible companion lane beside standard speed gates or as an independent controlled entrance.
The 1500 × 280 × 980 mm cabinet uses an internal steel structure and metal body with multiple available finishing options. A patented swing barrier mechanism can be configured with brushless DC or servo drive technology and is engineered for a long operating lifecycle.
Sensors help detect unauthorized following and abnormal lingering. During closing, resistance detection can stop the barrier movement to reduce the risk of pedestrian injury.
The wider opening makes VX.XS01 particularly useful in locations where wheelchairs, large luggage, bicycles or light cargo need controlled access. Potential applications include airports, metro facilities, offices, residential communities, libraries, parks and public venues.
RS232, RS485 and TCP/IP interfaces enable the swing gate to connect with QR readers, RFID systems, facial recognition and palm recognition. That allows the accessible lane to remain part of the same access control platform used by the rest of the entrance.
